We want you to thrive in everything that you do not just survive
Individualized Pelvic Floor Therapy in the Comfort of Your Home in Northern Colorado
We are often told that,
leaking with exercise and pain with intimacy is normal. It is often assumed that we know what we need during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause even though our bodies and minds have drastically changed. Let’s be honest…just because these symptoms are common doesn’t mean that they should be considered normal. We are meant not to survive and push through these symptoms but to thrive in our everyday lives!
MAYBE YOU’VE FOUND YOURSELF
Experiencing bladder and bowel leaks
Navigating incontinence of any kind can feel overwhelming and debilitating. It can be a very isolating experience. With focused pelvic floor therapy, we are committed to empowering you to regain control and return to activities that you love and need to do.
Experiencing pain with intimacy and difficulty connecting with your partner
Pelvic muscle tightness, endometriosis, chronic stress, hormonal changes during menopause, changes during pregnancy and postpartum, scar tissue, and a history of sexual trauma are some factors that can impact pain with intimacy. This can make it difficult to connect with your partner. Our sensitive, understanding, and individualized approach aims to find and treat the root cause of your pelvic pain gently guiding and empowering you towards a fulfilling and pain-free intimate life.
Feeling disconnected from your body and nervous about exercising again
The journey back to reconnecting with your body, especially when facing diastasis recti, muscle weakness, or pelvic floor dysfunction, can be deeply personal. We are here to walk beside you, offering tailored support to help you feel whole and more like yourself again.
Tightness in your neck, stiffness in your low back, and pain in your hips all throughout the day
Your experience of neck tightness, back stiffness, and hip pain is more than just physical discomfort; it's a barrier to thriving and really enjoying your life to the fullest. Our holistic care is designed to empower you, restoring balance and joy in your day to day life.
Feeling lost in a new life transition whether you are experiencing:
Pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, stress of a new job or being a student these transitions can be difficult to navigate. Stress, hormone changes, and pain can all impact your pelvic floor and day to day life. We offer a nurturing environment that supports not only physical but emotional healing as well.
At Thriving Pelvic Health we believe in THRIVING, not just surviving. Here’s how we help:
Eliminate leaking naturally
Your pelvic floor is like any other muscle in your body. It needs to be able to go through full range of motion. Most leaking is resolved after we work on restoring your pelvic floor’s natural range of motion and implementing modifications to habits and routines.
Reduce pelvic pain
Experiencing pelvic pain is incredibly common postpartum and with other diagnoses such as endometriosis, but it should not be something that you have to navigate alone. With our holistic approach and innovative strategies we can help reduce the pain symptoms no matter how long the pain has existed and give you a wide variety of techniques to start enjoying intimacy again.
Empower you
We work to empower you to return to activities you need and love to do. We know that the answer isn’t to just give you a set of exercises and send you on your way. We teach you strategies to connect to your body, move pain-free, feel more confident in whatever transition you are in, and reach the goals that are important to you. And we do it in a way that fits into YOUR lifestyle.

Your Pelvic Health Therapist Serving Fort Collins and Northern Colorado
I am originally a Midwest girl whose love of the sun and nature drew her to Colorado. In 2021 I graduated from Colorado State University with a Master’s of Occupational Therapy. My passion for pelvic health originated from my own struggles with pelvic floor dysfunction including a diagnosis of PCOS, pelvic pain, pain with sex, and my recent transition to motherhood through the birth of my daughter. Through my own journey I have experienced the isolation, uncertainty, and feelings of shame that often come with these difficulties and transitions in life. Through my own journey I have realized that I don’t have to be defined by these feelings or difficulties.
This is why I named my practice Thriving Pelvic Health. We are not meant to just live with this pain, pelvic health difficulties, and navigating life’s transitions on our own but we are meant to thrive and live life to the fullest. As I am learning how to do this in my own life it feeds my passion to help others do the same.
I want to help individuals navigate and feel empowered to manage pelvic pain, pain with sex, navigate urinary dysfunction, and the transitions of life including motherhood, menopause, and many other transitions. Creating a space where individuals feel safe navigating these difficulties while also feeling heard, seen, and supported to meet their goals is my number one priority. I approach evaluation and treatment with a holistic perspective not just addressing physical healing, but emotional and mental health as well. I care deeply about empowering you to understand your body and learning how to thrive in everyday life. My practice is unique in that you can receive therapy in the comfort of your own home. I would love to connect with you through a consultation to learn more about your story and see if we are a good fit!
